Schoeneman's-Harrisburg, SD

Schoeneman's will move from it's downtown Sioux Falls location in late fall 2009.  The new facility in Harrisburg, SD will offer will offer an expanded layout of the lumber and yard storage areas.  A rail spur will facilitate deliveries.

The state of the art facility features a durable, green concrete pavement for both the customer parking and yard site.  To assist with drainage and control of the pavement elevations, concrete was the economical solution.

Over 8000 cubic yards of concrete will be poured at the site.  The interior also features a stained concrete floor.
